About the Ministry...
Linnie and Debbie Dickson have worked with children and families in Alabama
since 1985, with The Shepherd's Staff being established in 1990. The Dickson's
have parented over 75 children and have placed over 200 children in loving
foster families.
The Shepherd's Staff is a
501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
