Linnie and Debbie Dickson are the Executive and Associate Directors of The Shepherd's Staff Ministry. Linnie holds a diploma from The Institute of Biblical Studies in Lynchburg, Virginia.  Debbie is a graduate of Fadford University in Radford, Virginia where she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree. Additionally, she hold various degrees and diplomas related to adoption and social work.

The Shepherd's Staff Ministry is organized around a Board of Directors.  This volunter Board of seven-persons is responsible for the overall ministry planning, focus and mission.  

Serving alongside the Board is a Ministry Administrator, a Ministry Bookkeeper and a Volunteer Coordinator.  These "staff" positions are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ministry and coordinate the activivites of the Executive and Associate Directors.

The heart of the ministry is the work of our volunteers.  Nearly every aspect of the ministry is directly impacted by the work of like-minded volunteers who work as tutors, Bible-study leaders, childrens teachers, office helpers and many other tasks too numerous to mention.  

Like any other non-profit ministry, we could not exist - we could not function - without the tireless efforts of so many gifted people.
