Gigi’s Place is the current major project of The Shepherd’s Staff Ministry.

As tensions and pressures rise on American citizens, people everywhere – from all races and classes and backgrounds – are looking for answers to difficult questions. 

Questions about finances and homes and food and many of life’s basic necessities will become more and more frequent and unfortunately, despite it’s many promises the American Government will not be able to “fix” this problem because it’s more than a physical, tangible problem.

Our Government certainly won’t be able to solve the problems associated with…

* mothers and children in crisis
* Fatherlessness
* domestic abuse
* short term housing solutions
* food and medicine
* job training
* Biblical discipleship
* Restoration and reintegration
   into society

…because they aren’t dealing with the root cause of many of these problems – SIN.

The Shepherd’s Staff is committed to dealing with these issues through physical means by providing shelter, clothing and basic necessities. We can assist persons emotionally through encouragement and on-going training to improve their skills and marketability and we can restore people spiritually with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ and His redemptive work on the cross.

It’s only by using a three pronged approach that addresses the physical, emotional and spiritual rehabilitation of persons that lives will be forever changed and negative cycles broken.
 
That is the plan of The Shepherd’s Staff and the purpose for GiGi’s Place.
